Remote Control Issue

In many cases checking and/or changing the batteries in your remotes may resolve common issues.

• Troubleshoot battery and other remote control issues.
• View the EXP Remote Guide for descriptions of each button.
• To program your EXP remote, press the TiVo button to go to TiVo Central, then select SETTINGS & MESSAGES > SETTINGS > REMOTE > CABLECARD & DEVICES > REMOTE CONTROL. Follow the easy on-screen instructions.
• Order a new remote
